- When will I receive a quotation?
Our team reviews inquiries during business hours in China. Timing depends on the detail provided and whether factory sourcing, testing or customization is required.
- Can I visit the showroom and factories?
Yes. Contact us with your travel dates to arrange a visit. We can discuss transport from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport or Shantou railway station and visits to relevant partner factories.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
The usual starting point is one export carton per SKU. Carton quantities, mixed styles and customization minimums depend on the item and are confirmed in your quotation.
- Can different products ship together?
Yes. We can coordinate mixed-category shipments. Shipping terms, freight, customs responsibilities and payment arrangements are confirmed in the quotation and order agreement.
- Can I use my own brand and packaging?
Logo, packaging, color and product-development options vary by item. Send your artwork and requirements; we will confirm feasibility, minimum quantities, costs and approval steps.
