- Can I order samples first?
Yes. Ask us to confirm sample availability, preparation time, sample charges and courier costs. Any sample-fee credit toward a bulk order must be agreed in the quotation.
- How long will my order take?
Lead time depends on availability, quantity, customization and testing. We confirm the production and shipping schedule in your quotation or order agreement after reviewing the requirements.
- Which safety documents are available?
Requirements vary by product and market. We can discuss relevant testing, such as EN 71 or ASTM F963, and the supporting reports and declarations needed for your order.
